STEP 1 - Final Forms Registration

Note: Blue Teams are Anderson HS District; Silver Teams are Turpin HS District

Student must register for their high school district team. No Exceptions.

STEP 2 - Sports Physical

REQUIRED PRIOR to Participation in any Nagel Practice or Tryout

Sports Physicals - may be dropped off at Nagel Middle School Main Office by appointment. 513-474-5407 ext 2215

STEP 3 - Payment

Local Level Events Now Open for 2020-2021 Sports Participation Fee Payment

Participation fees are due by the first official contest.

Please pay for Tryout/Cut Sports AFTER your student is selected for the Final Roster.
